Knoxville-based Courthouse Retrieval System Acquires Competitor
KNOXVILLE, Tenn., Aug. 7 /PRNewswire/– Courthouse Retrieval System,
Inc. (CRS) a leading provider of web-based property tax data for realtors,
investors, appraisers and retail businesses in the US, announced today that
it has acquired 100% of Realty EYES, a division of InfoCode.
Based in Nashville, TN, Realty EYES provided property tax records and
tax maps for customers in Tennessee. This acquisition strengthens CRS’s
position as a leading tax record information provider by increasing our
customer base in Tennessee.
According to Courthouse Retrieval System President, John Lutz, “This
acquisition will benefit CRS customers as well as Realty EYES customers as
we integrate Realty EYES components into the CRS Real Estate PowerTool to
give our customers a superior product.”

The acquisition is effective immediately. The company will be
headquartered at 341 Troy Circle in Knoxville, TN. Employees at both
businesses will be retained.
