Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors Names Ross Crowe Vice President, Asset Management
SANTA ANA, Calif., May 13 /PRNewswire/ — Grubb & Ellis Realty
Investors, LLC today announced the promotion of Ross Crowe to Vice
President of Asset Management.
In his new position, Crowe is responsible for the overall management of
the company’s real estate assets in Austin, Houston, San Antonio, and
Amarillo, Texas, as well as Wichita, Kansas. His duties include planning,
leasing, financial analyses and investor reporting for each asset in the
assigned portfolio.

Crowe joined Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors in 2007 as a regional asset
manager, where he oversaw an investment portfolio comprised of commercial
real estate properties located in the Austin and Houston areas.
He is currently a board member of the Downtown Austin Alliance (DAA).
Crowe previously served as a member of the boards of the Building Owners
and Managers Association and The Texas Guaranteed Student Loan Corporation,
where he served as an appointee of the Texas Commissioner of Higher
Education.
Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors, Crowe was a senior
managing director with Kennedy Wilson, where he provided Fortune 100 and
regional clients redevelopment, planning and a variety of other real estate
services such as transaction management, asset management, financial
analysis, and management practice training. He also supervised Kennedy
Wilson’s third party property management services for the Southwest Region.
Crowe previously served as vice president and western regional director of
operations for Grubb & Ellis Company, where he oversaw property and
facilities operations for the West Region.
