will conduct Trammell Crow Residential’s first-ever real estate auction for
The Quarter, a new luxury development that is the anchor residential
component of Westgate City Center in Glendale, Ariz. The auction will take
place on Sat., June 7 at 7:00 p.m. at the JW Marriott at Desert Ridge,
located at 5350 East Marriott Dr., Phoenix, Ariz. Minimum bids for the 35
two- and three-bedroom three-story townhouses available at auction will
start at $195,000, which is approximately 35 percent below the highest
previous asking price.

The $1.5 billion development with 6.5 million square feet of
commercial, retail, hotel and residential space has been dubbed the “Times
Square of the west.” Situated in the West Valley of metropolitan Phoenix,
Westgate City Center offers residents of The Quarter, as well as a
projected 22 million annual visitors, access to NFL and NHL games at two
