House Buyer Network Launches New Corporate Entity - HBN Interactive
Adds New Board Member to Bolster New Media Services Business
MARIETTA, Ga., May 14 /PRNewswire/ — House Buyer Network, North
America’s largest home selling solutions Internet company, has created a
new corporate entity to consolidate its vast real estate portfolio. The new
entity is called HBN Interactive (HBNi).
Founded in 2002 with a torrid growth rate of 50% year over year, HBNi
also announced the formation of two new business divisions to better
reflect its core business units and increase operating efficiencies.
Effective immediately, HBNi’s business will now run within the
Transaction Services and Media Services divisions. “While our new corporate
entity and business units are seamless for our customers, the restructuring
provides for the opportunity to better communicate all that we do in the
real estate market,” said HBNi’s president Duane LeGate. “It is also an
opportunity to maximize efficiencies across our many brands.”
The Transaction Services division will continue to bring home buyers,
home sellers, real estate agents, and investors as close to the real estate
closing table as possible. Here HBNi operates the U.S. and Canada’s largest
home selling solutions company, HouseBuyerNetwork.com. Additionally, this
unit also contains the only MLS type service for PreForeclosure homes in
the U.S. and Canada. The site, currently in beta, will be launched soon.
Transaction Services also manages thousands of other services and
informational websites in the real estate arena.
The Media Services division is a newly formed platform aimed at
companies seeking to engage the most actionable real estate audience on the
Internet. The composite traffic for all of HBNi’s 4000 website is enormous,
and it currently displays millions of monthly page views. The action rate
for consumers that visit HBNi’s family of sites is approximately 6X the
rate of traditional real estate websites.
