FREEHOLD, N.J., June 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Monmouth Real Estate
Investment Corporation (Nasdaq: MNRTA) and UMH Properties, Inc. (Amex: UMH)
announced that they will present at REITWeek 2008: NAREIT’s Investor Forum
scheduled from Wednesday, June 4, through Friday, June 6, 2008. The Forum
will be held at the Waldorf Astoria in New York City, New York.

Eugene W. Landy and the management team will present an overview on
each company followed by a question and answer session. MREIC will present
on Friday, June 6, from 9:50-10:25 AM EDT, directly followed by the UMH
presentation from 10:40-11:15 AM EDT in the Park Avenue Center Room.
