of employees based at NeuStar’s Sterling headquarters will volunteer
construction time at the job site throughout the remainder of the year.

“On a purely personal level, NeuStar’s experience with Loudoun Habitat
For Humanity in 2007 was a transformative one for me and for all my

deserving family this year,” said Jeff Ganek, chairman and CEO of NeuStar.
“I remain proud that our company is formally affiliated with Loudoun
Habitat for Humanity.”

“We at Loudoun Habitat for Humanity are absolutely thrilled that
NeuStar is again teaming with us by sponsoring and helping to build an
affordable ‘green’ home for a family in need,” added Bud Green, president
and chairman of the construction committee at Loudoun Habitat for Humanity.
“It is this type of visionary corporate leadership that must be
acknowledged by the community at large.”

The future residents of the NeuStar-sponsored home will be Jeffrey and
Donna Miller; their sons Jeffrey, Justyn, Joron, and Jordon; and their
nephew Alfred, who came to live with the family last year. NeuStar and
Loudoun Habitat for Humanity’s shared goal is to have the Miller family
moved into their new home by the December 2008 holiday season.
