Largest Wall Street Journal Real Estate Advertiser, Sheldon Good’s Fraud Exposed, Claims Phoenix Colvard Development
JEFFERSON, N.C., June 27 /PRNewswire/ — Phoenix Colvard Development
unveils a website http://www.SheldonGoodFraud.com that contains supporting
documentation that Phoenix claims exposes Sheldon Good in a scheme to
charge for ads it never ran in the Wall Street Journal Real Estate Section.
On June 11, a draft of the complaint was sent to the counsel for
Sheldon Good along with a request for documentation that ads were placed.
Phoenix Colvard Development filed a lawsuit against Sheldon Good on
June 20 for the fraud committed when Phoenix was charged for ads, which
research shows were not placed.
