Sun Communities Declares Second Quarter 2008 Dividend
SOUTHFIELD, Mich., July 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Sun Communities,
Inc. (NYSE: SUI), a real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns and
operates manufactured housing communities, today announced its Board of
Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.63 per share for the second
quarter of 2008. The dividend is payable July 24, 2008 to shareholders of
record July 14, 2008. Sun Communities has 18.4 million shares outstanding.

currently owns and operates a portfolio of 136 communities comprising
approximately 47,600 developed sites and approximately 6,600 sites suitable
