While Construction Slows Nationwide, Charleston’s Cigar Factory Rebirth Underway

Construction has begun on The Cigar Factory in Charleston, South Carolina. This mixed use project will feature lofts, retail and office space. Construction will take place over the next 16 to 18 months.
